Spotting what is new
New parts of Toolbox now mark themselves for a week, counted from the first time you see them.
When something new arrives in Toolbox, it now says so where you will actually meet it — next to the menu entry, the tab or the column itself, rather than only in a release note you would have to go looking for.
The week is counted from your first visit, not from the release date. Come back from a fortnight away and the markers are still waiting for you; they retire quietly a week after you have seen them, without anybody having to take them down.
