Whenever something doesn't work, something's missing, or something's unclear — pick a Problem, an Idea or a Question, write it down, and we'll reply personally. You'll see our replies right there in the ticket, and we'll follow up by e-mail too.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Sometimes explaining a problem means sharing a login, a connection string or a whole block of settings. Don't paste it into the message — attach it as a \u003Cstrong>Secret\u003C\u002Fstrong> instead. A Secret takes as many lines as you need, so a configuration file goes across whole, and you can attach several to the same ticket — at the start, or later on when we ask for one more thing.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Secrets are encrypted, expire on a schedule you choose (a week, a single view, or until you revoke them), and every time our team looks at one, you'll see exactly who and when.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>A Secret can also be a file — a settings export, a log, a certificate, a screenshot, up to 10 MB — encrypted and expiring exactly like a typed one.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>If you've spotted something worth telling us about, this is the place.
