Vote on what we build next — anonymously

A new Ideas tab in Feedback lets you see what other customers are asking for and vote for what you need too — without exposing who you are.

Right next to Tickets, there's now an Ideas tab. It's where "something should exist" requests live — yours, and everyone else's.

Post an idea the same way you'd open a ticket. Once enough ideas have been shared, you'll start seeing what other customers are asking for too — each one shown under a stable pseudonym like Customer-7K2M4Q, so you can see what's popular without seeing who's behind it. Found something you need as well? One click adds your vote. Want to leave a note explaining why it matters to you? There's a comment box for that too.

If you'd rather stand behind your ideas with your real name, that's your call — a setting on the Feedback page lets you show it instead of the pseudonym, whenever you're ready.

The ideas with the most support are exactly the ones we look at first when deciding what to build.
