• The sandbox is always free: Our sandbox environment has never had billing and never will. It remains a fully functional, cost-free environment for testing everything the platform offers.
• Fair pricing, when the time comes: Our future pricing philosophy is simple — you pay only for what you actually use. No flat fees that penalize smaller setups, no hidden charges, no per-click costs. We want a model that works for everyone.
• You'll know well in advance: Before any billing goes live, every user will receive a detailed price list. We want to make sure the terms are fair and satisfactory for both sides — for you as our partners, and for us as a sustainable product team.
• Zero impact on your workflow: Even as we prepare behind the scenes, your day-to-day operations are completely unaffected. Platform reliability is always our top priority.
