One organization on sign-up, named properly

New accounts now get exactly one organization with a readable name, instead of occasionally a handful of empty duplicates.

Signing up for the first time creates your organization automatically. Until now, if your browser opened several parts of Toolbox at once — which is exactly what it does on the first screen — that could happen more than once, and a new account would occasionally arrive with two or three extra organizations sitting empty in the switcher. They were harmless, but confusing, and they made the first minute of using Toolbox feel untidy.

That is fixed: however many requests your browser sends while signing in, exactly one organization is created. The name comes from your email address rather than an internal identifier, so the switcher reads sensibly from the very first visit — and you can still rename it whenever you like in Settings → Organizations.

The handful of accounts affected earlier have been tidied up as well, keeping the organization each of them was actually working in. Nothing was needed from anyone — and nothing that had a trading platform, an app or any history attached was touched.
