A quieter activity log
Balance-adjustment runs no longer bury your activity log under thousands of repeated lines, and our own reliability checks got stricter.
If you use the negative-balance adjustment app, your activity log is about to look very different. A single run could previously write thousands of near-identical lines — one for every account whose balance the trading platform did not report back. Now you get one line at the end of the run telling you how many accounts were skipped and why.
Nothing has been hidden. Every adjustment we made to your accounts is still recorded exactly as before; it is simply no longer buried. As a side benefit, the log now keeps far more history in the same space, so looking back at what happened last week is genuinely possible.
We also made our own reliability checks stricter. They now ask the service whether it is actually doing its work, rather than settling for the fact that it answered the door. A standby has always stood ready to take over within a minute or two if the first one has a bad day — that part has been quietly doing its job — and we now learn about a handover the moment it happens.
Nothing to do on your side.
