Ask your trade platforms a question

A new Assistant section answers plain-language questions about your trade platforms — and it cannot change anything, because there is nothing in it that writes.

Assistant is a new section where you can ask about your trade platforms the way you would ask a colleague — "how many accounts does our demo server have", "what's our net exposure on EURUSD across both platforms", "where do these two platforms disagree on a symbol's settings" — and get an answer in plain language, built from your own live data.

The strongest thing we can say about it is also the simplest one to check: nothing can be changed from a conversation. There is no action in this version that writes, deletes or modifies anything on any platform — not because a rule tells it not to, but because that capability does not exist in the build. Ask it anything you like; the worst it can do is decline.

Every answer built from your data comes with a short "How this was obtained" note listing exactly what was looked up to build it — an account count, a positions read, a symbol comparison. Nothing is invented and nothing is added up by guesswork: every number you see was fetched or computed straight from your platform, and the note tells you which.

The Assistant only ever sees what you are already allowed to see. It works across every trade platform you have access to at once, which is where it earns its keep — questions that would otherwise mean opening several platforms side by side and comparing them by hand.

Liked an answer? Save as report keeps a record of the question and exactly what was looked up to answer it.

We'd like to hear what you ask it and what you wish it could also answer.
