Quotes Comparer is open to everyone

See your own bid and ask beside the sources you follow, live — so price drift, widening spreads and crossed-market gaps show themselves the moment they appear.

Quotes Comparer is now in your main menu, marked as new for the first week. It puts your own bid and ask side by side with the quote sources you follow, in real time — one symbol, or your whole list at a glance.

There are two linked views. The Matrix is a dense overview of every symbol against every source, coloured so anything out of line is hard to miss. Focus zooms into a single symbol on a shared price scale and moves tick by tick, for when you want to watch one instrument closely.

It is built around the two things that cost you money quietly:

  • Price or spread drift — your quote wandering away from the sources you trust, beyond the tolerance you set yourself.
  • Crossed markets — the moment your price and another source overlap far enough to open an arbitrage window. The size of the gap is spelled out, and the last one stays on screen so you can read it at your own pace rather than catching it mid-flight.

Every view carries its own worked examples, so a colleague can pick it up without a manual.

Comparing against your own platform costs nothing — it is always included, and its connection details come straight from the platform, with nothing to type. You pay only for the external sources you choose to run, per active connection, and you can switch one off the moment you stop needing it.

Workspace administrators have it already. To bring in a colleague, open Settings → Members and grant Quotes Comparer — viewing the comparison and configuring the sources behind it are separate, so an analyst can watch all day without ever touching a connection's credentials.

We would like to hear where you want this to go next — the ideas board is open.
